Relationship=4th great-granduncle of John Casper Clough.

     William Harmon was born on 25 February 1699 at Wells, York County, Maine.3,2 He was the son of John Harmon and Sarah Roberts.2 William Harmon married Margaret Nichols on 12 September 1734 at Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts. William Harmon died on 30 December 1766 at Scarborough, Cumberland County, Maine, at age 67.3

William Harmon, of Boston, was a grantor of 50 acres of land in Wells, Me., dated Sept. 10, 1733. William Harmon, of Wells, appears in a muster roll of Capt. John Wheelwright's company from Aug. 22 to Nov. 27, 1722."
