     John Burgess was born say 1636. He was the son of Thomas Burgess and Dorothy Waynes.1 John Burgess married Mary Worden on 8 September 1657 at Sandwich, Barnstable County, Massachusetts.2,3 John Burgess died in 1701 at (probably) Yarmouth, Barnstable County, Massachusetts.4
