     Stephen Fuller was born on 10 August 1700 at Salem, Essex County, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of Thomas Fuller and Martha Durkee.1 Stephen Fuller married Hannah Moulton on 1 January 1723/24.2 Stephen Fuller died about 1767.2
