     Jonathan Whitcomb was baptized on 14 September 1628 at Taunton, Somerset, England.1 He was the son of John Whitcomb and Francis Coggan. Jonathan Whitcomb married Hannah (--?--) on 25 November 1667 at Lancaster, Middlesex (now Worcester) County, Massachusetts.2
