     Henry Dillingham was baptized on 13 October 1624 at Cottesbach, Leicestershire, England.1 He was the son of Edward Dillingham and Ursula Carter.1,2 Henry Dillingham died on 26 July 1705 at Sandwich, Barnstable County, Massachusetts, at age 80.1
