Kelly was born say 1882.1 He witnessed the marriage of Charles Clifford Dearhamer and Chloe Mattie Weller, daughter of Charles Elliot Weller and Catharine Anna Sisley, on 15 June 1904 at Independence, Buchanan County, Iowa.2,3 C. Kelly died.1 He married Maude Dearhamer, daughter of John Milton Dearhamer and Mary Jane Moulton, on 23 November 1904 at Independence.1
