He married Abigail Eddy, daughter of William Eddy and Mary Fosten, say 1619 at England.1 John Benjamin and Abigail arrived aboard the Lion on 16 September 1632 at Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts.2 John Benjamin died on 14 June 1645 at Watertown, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.1
