     Ann Putnam was born on 25 August 1645 at Lynn, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.1,3 She was the daughter of Thomas Putnam and Ann Holyoke.2,3 Ann Putnam married William Trask, son of William Trask and Sarah (--?--), on 18 January 1666 at Salem, Essex County, Massachusetts.4 Ann Putnam died on 14 November 1676 at Salem at age 31.1
