Cicely Penny was baptized on 21 February 1601/2 at Paignton, Devonshire, England.1 She was the daughter of Henry Penny.1 Cicely Penny married Samuel Chapin, son of John Chapin and Phillipe Easton, on 9 February 1623/24 at Paignton.1 Cicely Penny died on 8 February 1682/83 at Springfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts, at age 80.2
