     Josiah S Libby was born on 21 October 1773 at Scarborough, Cumberland County, Maine.1 He married Sarah Libby on 22 June 1796.1 Josiah S Libby married second Lydia Harmon, daughter of Daniel Harmon and Sarah York, on 3 February 1806.2
