(--?--).1,2 Harold Clinton Swaney appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Stubbs Township, Rusk County, Wisconsin in the household of his mother Bessie.2 Harold Clinton Swaney married Elaine Clough, daughter of John Casper Clough and Lydia Electa Corey, on 17 June 1941 at Bruce, Rusk County, Wisconsin.3 Harold Clinton Swaney died on 25 July 1985 at Sheridan, Sheridan County, Wyoming, at age 70.3 He was buried at Sheridan.3
