I use The Master Genealogist as my primary genealogy program. This is not the easiest program to use, but it provides almost unlimited flexibility for storing any information you might encounter. Wholly Genes Software

FamilySearch is the online service of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints - the largest source of genealogical records in the world. Essential for every researcher. They also offer an excellent genealogy program called Personal Ancestral File. The program is not only very good, it is also free. FamilySearch.com
GenCircles offers many ways to share your family history research with others. Post messages, upload your family tree, search millions of names others have uploaded. This site gets better every day. GenCircles.com
I am a member of the National Genealogical Society and am currently enrolled in their American Genealogy: A Basic Course study program. I recommend membership to anyone who is serious about genealogy. They offer excellent educational opportunities, a lending library, conferences and much more. The New England Historic Genealogical Society is a "must have" resource for anyone with New England ancestors. In addition to the searchable databases on the web site, members have access to the society's huge genealogy library. NEHGS members also receive three of the most renowned genealogical journals. Barb Pahlow The family history pages of Barbara Pahlow. Barb and I share a common Wing ancestry. She has a great site with photos and stories about the family.

Clough Society Clough Genealogical Society Home Page. I have not yet been able to trace my ancestry to John Clough, but it is still a very useful site for Clough history. This is also the place to join the Clough mailing list.
Sisley Family Sisley family web pages. My own line is in the western section. This site has a lot of historical information about the family.
